• nothing is at last sacred but the integrity of your own mind
• if a person is always saying good things about you and can’t tell you something to improve on,
don’t trust them
• virtues are good attitudes and deeds
• we have a lot of pressure to not say the truth
• the crowd in our community matters more to us than the leaders in any institution that we admire
• don’t follow the crowd that tells you what is right for you and tells you how you should do it
• less crowd less judgment shows the real you
• a man must know how to estimate a sour face
